Rated 4 out of 5 by DrJim from Great warm boots I’ve used these boots now on 2 aggressive 4 mile snow shoe backpack trips. Both times my feet were completely dry and warm. Because of the aggressive nature of these trips, my feet had some sore areas from the boots. I can’t necessarily blame the boots though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Salomon in Iowa from Perfect for Winter I learned about Salomon shoes for the first time only four years ago while visiting a friend in Maine. Now a U.S. citizen, but born in France, he was very familiar with Salomon shoes and said I had to try them out. His recommendation was right on and I was immediately sold on your shoes. I have reviewed the winter boots and shoes offered by Salomon and decided to purchase this pair --- which was even on sale --- and like all of your shoes they are the perfect fit, true to size, and feel "broke in" as soon as you put them on. These shoes are exactly what I wanted for cold, snowy Iowa winter days. My feet were feeling warmer as soon as I put them on in the house! These are warm and stay warm as well as perfect on snow and ice. I could not have imagined any better winter shoe and Salomon will be the first place I check for my future shoes. And, my friend said "they will never wear out" and the very first thing the salesman at EMS told me was "Salomon, they will never wear out" and they were absolutely correct after hard usage of my Salomon work shoes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ringer from Poor customer service Order these for a trip to N.D. in sub zero temps. Paid extra for the express shipping. Shoes did not arrive in time for departure flight and absolutely no support from Salomon. Haven't worn the shoes.
