Job Summary and Qualifications
The Virtual Proctor will provides proctoring services and administrative and clerical support to the Admissions Department.
Position Responsibilities
- Documents students entering and exiting proctored setting for testing.
- Assists with general entrance exam questions and inquiries from both students and colleagues.
- Enforces testing environment guidelines and directives.
- Monitors students consistently during testing to ensure a secure environment.
- Troubleshoots exam issues.
- Communicates with Director of Admissions and Campus Admissions regarding exam discrepancies and/or testing irregularities.
- Documents exam scores within CRM.
- Supports entrance exam scheduling, making follow-up and reminder calls to those scheduled.
- Provides on the job training and assistance to peers and other staff members.
Position Requirements
- Education: Associate degree in business or related field. Experience in lieu of education considered.
- Special Qualifications: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in scheduling and CRM systems helpful. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment: Must be able to sit at a desk for eight (8) hours at a time.
- Degree of Supervision: Minimal.
