Please avoid Enterprise Car Sales. They are absolutely careless, try to persuade you with their butt kissing but the fleet of vehicles are junk, like their employees. I saw 2 vehicles, one was a Toyota Corolla and it was missing several ignition coil on it, a Passat had very low engine oil and then a Mazda had the driver window motor smoking. The manager in orange in Orange County California is absolutely crap. No wonder his employees are just as bad, teamwork is affected by leadership and he is crap to the fullest.

On June 14th I purchased a car and June 20th I did the 7-day buyback. Bobby the GM of the store was supposed to issue a refund instead I wasn’t issued the refund. I have contacted Bobby personally in regards to this issue and was told I would have a call back multiple times. It has now been over 6 days, no one at the branch has responded. I have contacted Enterprise’s corporate as well no one from the region has responded. I have already did an investigation with my bank and I can’t even get Enterprise to check into the issue. Don’t recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Everything has broken from a car I purchased in April 2024. Within 2 days of buying my suv from them—NEEDED IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT/SERVICED. Motor mount was found to be completely cracked. Right and left arm destroyed. Driving belt had to be replaced. Ac compressor replaced, had zero refrigerant. Oil and filter black as tar. Transmission running sludge, had NEVER been cleaned. Brake fluid has to be replaced and lines bled. Full Alignment. Tire rotation. New brakes. Cabin filter. Ac filter. Windshield wipers. This work alone is well over $5000 and this is probably just the beginning!!!! THEY SAY 300 point inspection. That’s a complete lie! Only question they ask is—- does the car run.

Interested in a car that was on their website. When I called to inquire about it I was told that there were two people in front of me with appointments to look at the car but I was welcome to drop by. I went by, asked about the process, and was told that if the first two lookers were not interested I would get a call and would be next in line. I received a call the next day and an appointment was made for me to return. Approximately one hour before my appointment I got a text message from the salesperson telling me that another person had come in and was probably going to buy the car. When I asked how that was possible if i was "next in line", the story suddenly changed. I can only assume that the car was sold out from under me so that the salesperson could get commission on the financing since I was planning on paying cash. I will NOT do business with them in the future.

I was online looking at pickups and ended up either me calling Enterprise or them calling me. I can’t remember but the lot in OKC was who I was dealing with and I was talking with a salesman Diego and at first things were great. That first call I explained to him we were in a chapter 13 bankruptcy but was in the middle of converting to a chapter 7 bankruptcy but needed a truck but I did not want to run my credit unless he was pretty sure he could make it work. Well he told me he could he send me pics of vehicles to pick from and I did. He said it would not be a problem. I said great then I would fill out the app since he said they have done hundreds of apps with bankruptcy it would be good so I filled out my app then every time I try to call him for a few days I get him with no news but then he says he will call me back and every time he said that he never called me back. Never.
The first truck I picked he said was too too far away and was too much but he had wrong truck but then he said he would have someone else call me with info today but never got that call either so I call them and they said, "Well we are all so busy with customers." Well what am I. Anyway finally they get a answer from the manager and I was approved but I have to trade both my open vehicles in along with my trustee letter and $5000.00 in cash not even close or achievable. I’m ok with a no if I went more or less told they do it all the time and it would not be a problem when he even knew I was trying to fix my credit. Now I will have a hard pull for absolutely nothing except for enterprise to reach their quota.

I dealt with Enterprise Car Sales in Reno, NV and now after over a year, realized I made a serious mistake. They sold me a mechanical repair policy that I didn't realize was dependent on mileage, and yet they sold the vehicle to me with high mileage. When I went to use it, they said it was expired. Never mind the fact that I am still paying on it. I will never do business with them again. They have no problem swindling you of your money, and what for? They knew they would lose a customer on the first try and they sure as hell did.

I don't think Enterprise is a good place to recommend for low credits scores!!!! Waste of your time, and also waste of credit inquiries. My wife and I drove up from Lawton Oklahoma to the OKC Enterprise Car Sales only AFTER those sales folks told us past week over the phone to do a online credit application and they called back very excited telling us they have a few options for us to buy a good used car. We showed up and we found a car we liked that they said we were approved for, Well they came back asking us for another $2000 dollars down just for us to get started.
We wasted our entire day on the promises they were never going to keep!! I really wish someone would report them to the Better Business Bureau and I hope that the military puts them on the Black List. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would not have wasted my time, money and my fuel if they were honest and upfront with us in the first place! I would not recommend this company to family or friends.

I purchased a car from the Scottsdale location and I got screwed. This vehicle has been nothing but one issue after the other when the paperwork clearly say that the car is in great shape. The transmission is going out and now trying to see how to pursue this with them. Too soon to have these types of issues and still paying on it. Not right!!!!

Sales pitch was warranty covers everything other than wear n tear parts. Deductable would be $100.00 per repair. I needed a slide door actuator, my bill was not $100.00 per warranty agreement but over $1,000.00. Contacted Enterprise and I was ignored by each department from the bottom up. Paid over $2,000.00 for the warranty. Should have saved the money and paid for repairs out of pocket if needed. Total ripoff!

The national website listed a F150 for sale. The advertised price was noted. We take screenshots of the ad, the VIN, and the price to be clear... We call the Peoria branch. they confirm with the CA branch that the price listed was correct. And indeed that this was the price. We paid the transfer fee. The local dealer called us and said the truck is yours. The receipt for the transfer fee list the truck number and was texted to us. We wait for it to clear inspection and ship.
A few days later we received a text stating that the truck was en route. Was now in AZ from California. Will be here tomorrow morning. We call and confirm that it was this truck, and yes that truck. And We can go in and sign tomorrow. Great. But now there is a problem the dealership wants 10thousand more!! We informed them that this was illegal. The salesman says he will call his manager. The manager called the next day. Side shuffles and points fingers.
The price they posted, the price that they also confirmed was now a "Mistake". Oh and the text we received was also a "mistake" the personal phone call from his salesman tracking the transaction was also a "mistake" but he would definitely try to clear it up with management and districts. The next day we are called. Yep he confirmed it was all just "mistakes" but since we feel so bad we'll try to negotiate a "smaller jump in price". But they definitely will not honor the advertised price that we put $$ on. This is FRAUD.
